Hotel in perfect location for exploring Liverpool, close to docks, shops and numerous places to eat. Hotel is excellent value for money and Raphael, Gill and the team are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We would definitely stay again.

Nice spacious room on ground floor. I really liked the decor and coffee machine. Was surprisingly quiet in the evening given the location but was a bit noisy in morning with deliveries. But not a problem if you are getting up early to get out and about. The staff were really friendly and accomodating. Excellent central location with everything you need on your door stop.

This is an excellent place to stay. Always someone on the desk; check-in super easy; room was massive and very clean; and the price was excellent. I had to do a bit of work during my stay and the WiFi was faster than my home. The only improvement, which probably needs to be looked at pronto, was the shower. It was powerful, but every minute or so a pump or something would switch off and the water was boiling. So I had to keep stepping in and out. I have every confidence this will be sorted very soon, if not already. Apart from that - awesome.
