"The hotel itself is very run down and doesn't look like the pictures at all. The bedding, pillows, couch and floors were all dirty. There was a horrible smell that lingered for days. Had to keep the windows open and bought spray and cleaning supplies. However the location was very central and the price was right. That was the selling point"

"This is a large party space for things like hen dos. Its not a place for anyone to stay in if they're not their to party. There were crumbs on the stained sofa, freezing air pumped out non-stop, no hot water and the tv played at 100% volume or mute. It saud there was 24/7 check in fedk when you actually had to walk another fifteen minutes with your bags to get the keys. The rate quoted was also deceptive since double that amount was taken in fees and taxes. I missed that so thats on me but the...

"Absolutely fantastic place. Very enjoyable stay,close to the town centre and also close to all the attractions. The Reception staff Very helpful and informative. Would definitely recommend them and hopefully get to stay again in the future. "
