I reported this to Accor who assured me that my concerns would be addressed but I have not received any further response. "

"Hotel is in a perfect location , close to Liver building and waterfront. Staff were very friendly, room was large with modern decor and excellent facilities. Enjoyed having the complimentary drinks from fridge! The restaurant was equally as good. Food was good quality. I would stay here again as it was also good value for money."
