It’s was everything excellent only the problem when we did the check in don’t tell me they are going to charge for the amenities until we check out please let to know at the people there is extra charge for that then we can decided if we want or not the amenities please 🙏🙏

Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Villas
We had a great 3 nights of vacation at this property. My 5yr old daughter had a blast enjoying the lazy river and the warm pool, and so did I!
