"Stayed 4 Nights. 1st night there was no A/C in our room and it was HOT, did not sleep well at all. Desk admin came up to the room and turned the fan to low and said it was fixed. No more noise but no A/C and said there were no rooms to move us into. Next morning we were able to speak with a front desk clerk who changed our room and we were able to sleep in A/C the last three nights. Breakfast is a zoo, food is good. "This hotel was closed when I got there, I was left stranded by your company…….I bought and paid for this so needless to safe I need my money back ASAP, I am 88 years old and to have this happen to me was not acceptable, how did this happen? I decided to take a cab from Heathrow to the Ramada Inn at Hounslow east, cost me £40-, and to find I did not have a room after a long flight from San Diego, was so disappointing."

"Very convenient for events at Olympia which is why we picked it. This was my second stay. Staff we very helpful and the location is good. The room was clean enough for a couple of days but could do with a good dusting. Bedding (and beds) need replacing and room needs TLC in places but you get what you pay for an no major issues. "The location is convenient for travelling, just next to Hammersmith Tube Station. The hotel room is clean and roomy enough for a couple. Although it is next to a flyover, we're not disturbed by external noise, perhaps it's due to room facing away from it. The one negative is that the mini bar wasn't cooling and smelled strongly of curry. We did mention to staff but this wasn't sorted despite us staying for 4 nights. "Arrived for a 2 night stay to be told our second night was cancelled due to government take over of the hotel. No call/email warning us of this so we arrived with two tired children and couldn’t then check into our room for three hours whilst I called hotels.com to try and sort it out. Hotel staff were useless and wouldn’t even make eye contact or offer help. Ended up ringing the USA for hours as hotels.com don’t have a UK switchboard. Abysmal service"

"Stayed to go to a concert in wembley. The room was very nice but the fridge in my room was very loud and only stopped when the door was open which was annoying. The sink in the bathroom was also quite low which made it awkward to use when washing my face at night. The blind in the room doesnt go up or down, the chain is there for it but it isn't connected to anything. This means you can't let any light into the room and have to sit with the light on all day. "
