Absolutely my favorite hotel in Los Angeles. The service is impeccable, and I love the pool, restaurants, rooms, landscaping -- everything.

Great location, excellent service!! But. . everything extra is VERY expensive. $60.00 for a room service pizza with no drinks, that was cold and quite poor quality. Beer at $12.00 each, plus room service charges. But the worst was parking. Do not drive here! Take Uber! Charge was $71.00 a night!!! Nearly $300 for a 4 night stay!! The location is great though, right across the street from The Beverly Centre and a CVS (cheap beer!) and it feels safe. Uber is plentiful or Waymo (driverless!! Scary...

Clean, comfortable and conveniently situated. Only downside for some is that it’s on a very busy road (even ear plugs don’t drown out the noise)- so if you’re used to/ok with that it was really good value for 4 people. $35 per night for secured parking was good too.

Lovely staff, hotel was in a great area and a close walk to shops and local attractions. I requested a room at the back of the hotel and this was accommodated and I was pleased as this meant the room was lovely and quiet.

The second we got out of our car we new we were in for a fantastic weekend stay. Class class all the way from registration to the room, through the grounds to a well appointed room with patio. All mod cons. Fantastic service, Thank you Hotel Bel Air for your attention to detail and our requests we made celebrating my wife's birthday.t

We had an excellent 3 nights at Villa Brazil, 23 - 25/7/26. The Brazilian family who run the motel couldn't have been more helpful & friendly! We had a fantastic meal in their restaurant the first night & I can highly recommend that as well. We just wish that we'd had time to have another meal there. One of our biggest concerns when booking a hotel in LA for the first time was safety & again on this front we felt extremely safe for the duration of our stay! It was great to have somewhere to park...

True 5* experience beyond what other 5* Hotels offer - certainly a special place to stay with amazing rooms in an amazing location. Great extras for Expedia members too

Very clean staff are helpful and the food was cracking.

Faultless people service and room, quirky but super. Compromise on location and noise, probably suit younger folk better but us 60 somethings enjoyed our stay. We had come for a specific purpose so could not use all the lovely hospitality shown by the staff at the hotel but perhaps another time. Some really nice touches and well loved establishment.

We had an amazing time while in Beverly Hills and this small but well equipped apartment was excellent. It’s small but has a comfortable bed, decent size bathroom with a shower and a tiny kitchen with fridge and microwave. The pool was a couple of metres from the front door. That was also clean tidy. It’s a short walk into Beverly Hills. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re a couple, although they do have a slightly bigger apartment for a small family.

Staff Clean room Location

Loved the Kasa. Location was excellent. The room was clean and tidy, with out of this world views. Waking up looking at the Hollywood sign is a lifelong memory. Recommend the Kasa!
