First off: My ratings reflect the unfortunate fact that the hotel is undergoing a massive refurbishment, so many areas are a work in progress, and the restaurants were closed. We were traveling with young children (3 and 8). The staff was courteous and very attentive to us. Breakfast was included and was very good. We would definitely stay there again. The hotel is also very well situated, very close to the subway and also to Regent Park.

Kitchen in room designed for a very tall person (I could not reach shelves in cupboard). A friend phoned hotel to contact me, but hotel insisted that I was not there, which created problems for friend and I. I doubt if 2 people would be comfortable in what was intended to be a double room (only one ...
