"Wanted to stay at a prime location in Mumbai for family reason and nothing perhaps can be better than Taj Mahals be that Palace or Towers. To have clear sea-views & view of Gateway from upper floor, we opted Taj Mahal Tower and the view was perfect, as expected. Even Sunrise view is an additional pleasure. The entire team, be at the front desk or HK or at Shamiana Restaurant is extremely supportive and caring. Indian traditional welcome is another plus..."

"What I didn't like is dishonesty. I drank two beers 175 rupees each) from the mini bar. One on Wednesday and one on Thursday. During check out I mentioned it and asked to pay. The staff printed a statement that read 3 beers. I complained and they kept saying I drank 3 beers. My wife confirmed I only drank two.
