"Beautiful historic hotel continues to shine. Modestly sized rooms but the ocean facing ones directly overlook the Gateway of India and have a small balcony. I'd choose the less expensive Tower rooms that give you the same experience as the older historic building. All in all a magnificent hotel that fully lives up to its reputation for overall excellence. "

"Staff are nice, but the room is a nightmare. The room stinks, no A/C, and you will sleep with some cockroaches. The photos on the website is totally different. Not staying again for sure."
