"Staff did not provide us with a double bedroom instead of us paying for it, also they will literally charge you for everything minor. Hotel is located on the 3rd floor with no lift and a wooden staircase, not recommended for elderly."

"We have stayed at The Shalimar Hotel, every year for last at least 30 years now, as it was good for all the amenities and staff were very friendly and looked after us very well! This time, there were too many issues, which I have submitted to the hotel on their feedback firm and I was very verbal too with complaints. Not staying on our return to Mumbai, which we had booked with Expedia, and cancelled it today. "
