it was clean, comfortable , welcoming, the staff was helpful and the location wonderful. My only complaint is around their policy to not allow people in the rooms who are not registered and no local India people . I was in Mumbai to visit a dear friend and when we in my are and wanted to sit and talk and use the loo I was not allowed to invite him to my room .
