The good staff were calm and collected in a beautiful place.
The gentleman whom checked us in was great. We actually were in Mumbai earlier in the week and staying at the four seasons. We had come by the hotel to check it out and asked questions with the talk reception worker and he was very kind so when our flights got rearranged and we had to book a night ...
Can’t say enough about this property. Excellence throughout every aspect. I wouldn’t think of ever staying anywhere else in the Colaba neighborhood.
Great location, right in the midst of Colaba by the water. Had a bit of a room mixup in the beginning, we’d asked for a twin room but got a double instead. But they fixed it immediately for us when we called them. The staff was very helpful and polite. And the breakfast buffet was great!
We had a terrific time at the Taj Wellington Mews. This was our 4th time staying here, and every time the staff at the Wellington exceed our expectations. The location is terrific, the rooms are clean and spacious and the food is excellent. We will be back again.
Good hotel, with all standard amenities. Very good location
The hotel sits on top if another one that is not as nice. Excellent location and rooftop cafem Rooms are beautifully designed and meticulously maintained. When I had some health issues, the staff couldn't have been more helpful.
Everything is ok, only two things at night, if someone speaks in another rooms , the sound is heard. The second thing is the workers are annoyed They want money Especially when you check out the workers gathering in front of you for money
