We said we would wait close to the desk within eyesight and asked him to call us when, the room was ready, and he agreed. We waited and waited and I watched him. Finally, I got up and went to the desk to ask if the room was ready and they said they had texted us that it was ready. DOES NO ONE TALK TO ANYONE ANYMORE? They had not said they would text us. They had said, and confirmed, that they would call us. We were right there."
