"They dont answer their phones or whatsapp messages. There are multiple phone numbers online and non of them work. This hotel is not safe. Upon checking in, we sat for 5 minutes deciding if it was worth staying there despite it being a little dirty, come to see a bug crawling on the bed. We immediately checked out. The hotel will not answer the phones for Expedia and therefore we cannot get a refund. THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT STAY HERE. "

"The property is close to metro station and you can easily get transport to tourist places. But that's the only perks of this place. The rooms are super small and the cleanliness is just for the sake. The staff is helpful (the hotel cleaning staff) but the staff at reception is as much rude and unprofessional.
