A few things could be improved. For domestic travelers, transportation to the hotel was not clearly communicated, and the assigned contact was slow to respond to emails. Also, the bathroom door locks are not very user friendly. They are a bit tricky and not ideal for families with kids. The beach right next to the hotel is stunning, but be aware that the tides can be strong. If you are looking for calmer waters, it is worth exploring other beaches in the area."
