Overall the stay was okay. My bed creeked at every movement which was annoying and my shower gel bottle in the shower remained empty our entire stay. Breakfast every morning made it all worth it. A little TLC is needed!

Good location. Nice sized room with modern feel. Only complaint was the check in time. It was a long line up. But the staff came to us in the line up and offered bottled water because it was warm in the lobby with so many people. We also enjoyed the bar the night of arrival and the buffet breakfast was excellent!

Besides good location and a very clean room, the mains asset is a very helpful and caring staff. Parking is OK but you have to pay for it every day, what is fair since if you do not have a car then your stay costs less. Restaurant has good steak.

Breakfast is 30 a day, even if expedia said free when booking in advance. No facecloths for 3 days, upon asking for some, we received large towels. The staff were very nice. Also there are no microwaves in the room, but there is one in the ice room on each floor.

Good place for overnight before flying out. Hotel looks like it needs some TLC and while everything was OK it was not memorable. Little noisy from the highway just outside, even on the upper floors. Good food options in the hotel and near it. Airport shuttle was the best part of our stay, picked us up on time and a short ride to the terminal.

Due to unforseen circumstances, The Crowne Plaza hotel moved us to their sister hotel The Hampton Hotel. Both sets of staff from the two hotels were exceptionally polite and the move to the other hotel wasn't far or out of our way. The room we received was very nice and very clean. The hotel itself was very nice and so was the pool and workout room. The complimentary breakfast and staff was awesome. We will definitely be booking another stay.
