I booked this hotel on Expedia and surprisingly found the hotel to exceed on our expectations. Hotel is constructed on more than 100 year old Portuguese building. Food was excellent. Hotel staff was very good and courteous. Ambience of the hotel is very good. Rooms are pool facing. Rooms and washroom are very big in size.

Stayed in this hotel a few times now. As per normal it is excellent. Near enough town if you want a little walk, beach short taxi away. Food in restaurant is amongst the best I have had in a hotel. You must have the Goan food.

Enjoyed the stay . Will go back to the same place. Nice and a very hospitable bar. Good pool bar. Very courteous and accomadating staff. Suggestion : book a room on the first floor sea facing. It has doors opening to the lawn and beach pathway. If out of budget, the garden view rooms on the first floor are the same and only a minute's walk to the beach path ( of course no beach view). Goa Marriott will be by first choice and I recommend it to all.

We had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety and tasted great. Good value for money, and we'd happily stay here again. Recommended!

Nice big clean rooms. We really had Great food especially at their restaurant Latest recipe & all credit goes to their Chef Daksh & the assistants Vishal, Smyarana.

Within stepping distance of Vagator beach this is a slick, modern hotel, ideal for the young and wealthy set in beautiful grounds with palm trees and lawns. Spacious and luxurious rooms, and top-class service from naturally friendly staff. Rock pool swimming pool and bar has very loud music from around 5pm - maybe something a bit more chilled would be better. Downstairs restaurant is underused at night but food is fantastic and staff especially helpful. Staff helpful in arranging taxis for trips...

An amazing place to stay We had issues with the lock of the room on the first day which was resolved however on the second day we had foul smell coming from the air conditioning. The manager Amar was fantastic and very helpful he upgraded us to a suite. Both standard and suite room are beautiful, the hotel has a lovely environment and staffs are very friendly and second to none in making sure all needs are meet from the minute you walk in until to check out. Lovely Room, independent chalets. Staff, very helpful and always available when needed. I believe they need to do some work with the pool area. The pool is lovely, but the staffing arranging the towels don’t seem to have too much motivation to find towels and often I waited half an hour for a towel. Great location, I would definitely recommend staying in there in the future

This is a lovely heritage hotel in the Portuguese style set in beautiful tropical gardens. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and there is a restaurant serving a variety of international food though you’d be missing out if you didn’t try the amazing Indian cookery on offer.

Loved every minute of the stay. It was just one night, but the service was wonderful, the room was clean and spacious and the food was excellent. One small point, i asked for a room with a bathtub, but didn't get one.

Location of the hotel is awesome as you can see the Baga beach and sea in the front while the Baga river flows on one side. Our room was in front of the swimming pool, which my daughter loves. Room was spacious and adequately equipped. Bathroom was good, clean and functional although some tiles were of different color so gave a slightly patchy look but no issues with functionality and cleanliness.
