"I’ve stayed at this hotel two years in a row now for Newport Folk Fest. It’s comfortable, clean, and convenient in all the ways I need. I wish there were in-room microwaves and that they used fitted sheets (the flat ones they use bunch up under me). Otherwise, I have no complaints, and I plan to continue staying here for future festival weekends."

"The atmosphere of the place is very cool, and I've stayed here several times, but as a converted mill, be prepared for concrete walls, visible piping in the ceiling, etc. That's all part of its ambiance, just don't expect "quaint". Also be prepared, parking is an additional $12. When I originally started coming here there was no parking charge, about a year ago they began charging."
