Walls are paper thin and you can hear the neighboring rooms conversation as if you’re in the same room. Great location and easy walk to everything. In general, it’s nicely renovated w nautical flare in great location on Newport harbor. “Newness” was evident in slow “early “ checkin process, no electricity in room except bathroom and foyer lights. I could not get the icemaker to work down the hall. Our room had a lovely 180°view mostly of the harbor/Newport bridge compensating for lack of lighting and was a bit tight for two to navigate with two queen...
