"The room and bedding was clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Heat was noisy as it continuously turned on and off. There was no hot water in the morning, which is unacceptable. Manager could not partly refund because the room was booked via a third party. She suggested I contact them to adjust the cost of the room.The breakfast was just okay. Hash fries were cold. Footsteps from the room upstairs could be heard all the time."
