"Nice atmosphere in restaurant "

"AC didn’t work both nights we were there. Staff was belittling when we mentioned it the first time. Second time they told us someone would be but there. Third time they again said someone would be to there. Never came. Called and they never answered. Finally had to go down all the stairs from 5th floor since elevator wasn’t working"

"Room looked like it wasn’t cleaned after the last guest. Bed didn’t even have a sheet on it, just a mattress protector. Pull out sofa bed was stained with something orangish red from top to bottom. "

"I called twice to make sure I had a handicapped accessible room. I drove 6 1/2 hours to get there and once I got there the room was not accessible and I had two bed when I requested one bed in a handicapped room. It smelled like gasoline in the lobby. The hallway stunk the ac was not consistent. We had to wait 20 minutes for the guy to check us out. That was after the maid had to go find him and wake him up "

"Reservation for two rooms with 2 queens. Got a king room and a single queen room. Given a disability room which wasn’t requested Rooms were very dark. No overhead lighting. Refrigerator on low setting yet froze items. No mirror in bathroom Pillows were horrible!! Room was quiet. Returned to car in am and my gas had been siphoned off while parked overnight so clearly no security monitoring the parking lot. I had filled car before arriving at hotel so was full in the morning less than 1/4 tank. Would not stay again. "
