"Our family of four stayed here for two nights. Amazing staff, very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the area was within walking distance of shops, trails, etc. Our only issue was with the valet service, which we paid $40 per day for: on our last day the attendant didn’t show up, so we had to schlep all of our luggage blocks to our car."

"We are regular travelers to BI and have always loved the Surf Hotel (BI BH) but never stayed until this time. Everything about the service exceeded expectations. Our room was ready, the online check in expedited our process. The room was immaculate, fabulous shower (which you can almost never say on the Block) - super friendly bartenders, and the guy setting up beach side umbrellas and chairs was incredible in 96 degree heat. The food was great, the check out was super easy- we will always come back. "
