"Liked the room overall. Clean. Bed comfortable. It was missing the usual amenities like a light on the desk. Note pad & pad. Extra blankets and pillows. Had trouble regulating the heat in the room. Why is toilet paper so far behind the toilet?? Night light in bathroom."

"The property is within a few minutes to Foxwoods. The staff was friendly & helpful. The room was basic, clean & updated. Parking was convenient. The self serve breakfast was excellent. There was a good variety of choices for food & drinks. I would stay here again."

"Upon early arrival the front desk staff accommodated early check in and upon a curiosity request they upgraded our room. This was our first time at this establishment and it was very clean and the food at the restaurant is delicious. My children enjoyed the pool very much. "

"We checked into our room and went out after a few minutes to Foxwoods casino. When we returned at around 930pm we discovered we did not have a remote controll for our TV. They brought one to us. The refrigerator was not cleaned a ice mask was left in the freezer and the bathroom door did not close appropriately. There was no body wash in the shower. Our coffee maker has a layer or dust on top of it. Breakfast took about 20 minutes to be waited on and the pancakes i ordered were not served with the strawberries and powdered sugar as the menu read and it took 25 minutes or so for them to come out. The waiter never came back to check on us and instead of asking how everything was. He asked "if we were all set" no have a good day...nothing.... this was the worst experience we have had at this hotel. "
