"We stayed during the week and it was so quiet and private yet in the middle of an area that has tons to do. Close to beaches to walk the shore, restaurants, etc. We had great food on the property and enjoy the pool and grounds. Will return! "

Rent an ebike which allows you to cover a lot of ground on the island. Make sure you bike out on West Road which shows a much quieter, laid back vibe of the "true" Block Island. A hike in Rodman's Hollow and a trip down the stairs at Mohegan Bluffs.

Block Island is definitely worth an overnight trip! Trader Vic's at Champlain's and The Oar are great outdoor venues for boat watching, catching rays, and some cold beverages.

The locals were very friendly. The vibe was chilled, but if you wanted to party, you could find that as well. We will be back to hopefully start a Block Island tradition with our family.

The farm across the street is always great, you can see the animals are loved and cared for. I suggest bringing a car to drive around the island in winter!

Been visiting annually for more than 45 years. First bad experience. Also food has become almost unaffordable.
"We booked through Expedia and when we arrived there was no rooms. A wonderful lady at the desk was already on the phone with Expedia to get us odging at another hotel. Long story short at Aqua Blue came through because Expedia could not. I highly recommend Aqua Blue and DO NOT EVER RECOMMEND USING Expedia. After many hours on the phone with Expedia we ended up with just a credit that we probably will NEVER USE "
"I just stayed at the Blue Dory on Friday July 11th. I cant wait to stay again. My room was on the 3rd fl which I didn't mind. There is a fire door at the top of the stairs that swings all the way open and my adorable room was at the end of the hallway. The room was so clean, bathroom was perfect and included a jetted tub. The lotion and hand soap they use smells amazing. There is lovely scent throughout the house. My bed was very comfortable the host was so easy to communicate with and so friendly. They also offer breakfast and wine and cheese appetizer hour. The breakfast was located in the basement and they had everything you could think of. Excellent stay and will definitely be back. "
"We loved 45 min boat ride with amazing captain Paul!
Properly is stunning with friendly staff.
It’s my second year staying at MYC and never get disappointed!
We are coming back soon .
