The Wayfinder is a beautiful hotel not far from all the amazing things to do in Newport. The rooms were spacious and the hotel restaurant had amazing food. The pool had a great atmosphere and was very child friendly. I will definitely stay here the next time we come to Newport.

Stayed with my family of four , teens 13 and 14 and it was perfect. The staff was wonderful, room was clean and the hotel was beautifully updated . You can tell they put a lot of effort in to the property. The bed comfort level was I’d say mid at a 6/10 comfort level. The hotel smells amazing , I don’t know what scent they are piping through the place, but it gives West#% vibes. We loved the shampoo/lotion/body wash scent and we had to go to Thames Street to stock up on the local soap brand they have in rooms. If you’re an Instagram mom that is looking for a cute , family oriented property this is your place .

We were celebrating our anniversary here and the womanbat the front desk blessed us with a king suite upgrade, it was so nice to have the extra living room space! Driver of the shuttle was very nice and the staff at the hotel and restaurant were top notch. Restaurant was great, way better than I thought based on the "diner" vibe.

Kevin and Christine at the front desk were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their exceptional customer service made me feel right at home. A special shoutout to Eddy, the shuttle driver and tour guide. He truly made the experience unforgettable! His knowledge of the area, great personality, and genuine care for guests made every ride enjoyable. He went above and beyond to make venturing out around Newport fun, easy, and stress-free. Wayfinder is fortunate to have him on their team—he deserves a raise! Employees like Eddy are the reason guests want to come back. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and full of character. Was on okay place to stay. Restaurant service for breakfast was absurdly slow and the restaurant is pretty overpriced. The room was clean. The hotel is a lot of dark hallways and we had to go out and back in to get into the lobby or go to the pool. Wasn’t as cool as it looks online but it was an ok place to stay if you’re just looking for a hotel.

the hotel was lovely and very clean. the staff were very friendly and helpful and the shuttle bus into town was very well organized and worked out really well so we didn't have to drive our car and pay for the parking. The rooms were very clean and I love the wooden floor, in my opinion all hotel rooms should have wooden floors. The only thing that wasn't great was the noise of the air conditioner in the bedroom. it was extremely loud and woke me up through the night every time it came on, also there could of been a bigger menu and better variety of food in the restaurant. But overall I was extremely pleased and would recommend to family or friends. I would also stay there again myself.

Best Restaurant in a hotel I have ever eaten at! Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful as well! Room was great as well and close to central Newport easy to uber and drive from.
