"If you are looking to be close to all of the action in San Francisco, this is the place to stay. We had a wonderful room and it was cleaned everyday. The breakfast everyday was awesome and had a wonderful selection. The staff was very helpful and helped arrange transportation to and from the airport. Plus you can walk to so many attractions in 15 to 20 minutes tops. So many good restaurants close to the hotel and all of the fun of Pier 39. If you want to be in the heart of the action, stay at this hotel. You won’t be disappointed!"

"Loved our ground floor bedroom overlooking the marina. It was lovely waking up and taking a stroll throughout the property’s grounds and trails leading up to breathtaking views of the bay. One frustrating thing though wa their lack of towels in the swimming pool and bathroom. It took us two separate visits to the lobby and we still didn’t have towels! We ended up staying inside the pool for a while, waiting on maintenance to bring in more towels, and they never showed! It took a good 30 minutes for them to give us towels, for our room and pool. We also didn’t have a toilet paper replacement in the room, ended up using Kleenex. Unacceptable."
