"Staff were all very kind, thank you especially to the valet and the cleaning staff :) close to union square and convenient safe parking, room and hotel are older (est. 1926 i believe) but we were comfortable and cozy. We do wish the heat went up a bit more but that’s because we like to be toasty. "

But what absolutely stole my heart was the Christmas décor. It was truly magical—like stepping straight into a holiday movie. Sparkling lights, stunning trees, festive details in every corner… it felt whimsical and full of joy. The atmosphere alone made our stay unforgettable. If you’re looking for a place that delivers both luxury and heartwarming holiday charm, this hotel is a dream. "We loved everything about this hotel! The location is perfect for a trip to the ballpark or Chase Center and it’s safe to walk to and from events there. Everything from parking to check-in to amenities was so easy and high tech (think robots delivering to your room). The property is very beautiful and stylish. It’s not a cookie-cutter hotel. And, most importantly, the staff and customer service was top notch! Can’t recommend this place enough and for sure will be back. Don’t think twice!"
