"The stay was amazing, the staff even let us stay later for late checkout at 2pm since our flight didn’t leave till later. The bedrooms are comfortable and we had the best beautiful views. The head bartender at 36 is such a great and wholesome guy. We love swissotel and all the staff. Many blessings to you all and I hope we can stay again at your beautiful hotel. "Great location, right next to Kitigawa station. Family mart next door and tons of restaurants in close proximity. Room was comfortable and the hotel had a fancy vibe. Restaurant in the hotel was not great, but good if you're in a pinch"

"Newer business hotel. Room sizes are exactly what to expect from a business hotel. Room is clean and hotel is quiet. Only negative is the onsite steak house. We ordered a tomahawk, among other things, and it was absolutely awful."
