"Location from Kobe Station was excellent. Hotel is visible from the station, only a couple of minutes walk. Coffee machine on 2 microwave and ice machine on 3. We didn’t have breakfast it was 2200yen, but the area was very nice with comfortable chairs and even a ping pong table and games. Quick train ride to Sannomiya for the Loop Bus for all the tourist sights etc, we had a 2 day pass bought at the Tourist Information Centre of the station and the staff there were lovely and helpful. The Life Supermarket was just up the street from the hotel, nice fresh food and pizza that we heated up at the hotel."

"Some more maintenance could be done. Refrigerator was not working and when I went to check if it was plugged it, there were piles of dust behind. Toilet seat had some clear glue like substance on it, maybe residual cleaner. Overall clean otherwise. The facilities are starting to look dated but kept it good shape. I wish I knew about the free shuttle before I walked 20 minutes from the train station. Free Landry machines are a nice touch with QR code to check machine status."
