The breakfast and dinner were delicious, but there is only Japanese food and green tea, so if you want something else you should take it with you. "Hotel was great but this was my least favourite of my stay in Japan. Style over substance came to mind. Great location, so close to Universal and the train station, very clean and great amenities but I just was not a fan. I found the staff much friendlier and more helpful at budget hotels plus I had the worst sleep at this hotel due to other noisy hotel guests. The rooms definitely need more soundproofing!"
