Finally, when your day is done they have an amazing private spa, which comes as part of the experience. It includes a hot spa bath, shower, and sauna, that really complement the location and help you relax. "

"I loved the room. It had great amenities and a giant TV. The room service was extremely reasonable and tasty."

"Booked the large king room, very nice layout, comfortable and well appointed. Good amenities. Very clean Beds and bath were excellent. This hotel is perfect for short stays near ITM. We used in 2 separate occassions. The only criticism is that you may hear noisy guests. But overall I recommend it. "

"The rooms were clean. The staff were helpful. The yukatas for the onsen are on the first floor, there is room service and drink service until 12:00am. The options can be quite limited and pricey but I suggest is order delivery service and get something you’d want. The nearest restaurant is about 10-15 min walk up hill. Karaoke room is quite expensive for 1 hour. The view that we received of the foliage was amazing. The onsen itself was 7/10, it’s not like the onsen you get in Hokkaido but it’s still nice. Overall would stay here again, if other ryokans are full."
