The hotel was really nice and we enjoyed our stay. The free shuttle to the airport was so nice! The food at the restaurant was really good too for dinner and breakfast. There is a 7-11 right across the street and you walk to the hotel from the subway. We would stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay at the Green Rich Hotel. It was a bonus to have shuttle service from the airport though it's literally a 10 minute walk. However, if you have a 90 y/o dad with you, it's helpful since a taxi would definitely not take you. When I called earlier about pick up times, they say to call them when you need the ride. However, if you don't have a cell phone or a phone that can dial in Japan, it's hard to find a public phone these days. I ended up going to the information desk and they called the hotel on my behalf! The other issue by not having a cell phone is that you can't make calls from the hotel phone. You can receive calls from the outside but no calls going to the outside are possible. That seems to be the case with a lot of hotels these days. They said that they incorporated this policy this year. Outside of the hotel, we didn't find much in terms of restaurants. We arrived on a Sunday and the only thing available to eat was the 7-11 which has decent food compared to 7-11's in the rest of the world but it's still a 7-11... It's nice to have a public bath in the hotel and the breakfast buffet is tasty and very filling. The rooms are clean and pretty spacious. For the price, this will be our go to place whenever we visit Itami.

Being in walking distance to the airport is a definite plus. The room was small but clean and organized. I thought I read that the staff were multilingual; However, it was challenging to communicate in English, once I arrived. The staff put forth a great effort by using translation devices, which I appreciated. I enjoyed the breakfast each morning. I recommend the hotel.

All rooms are smoking rooms, except for a few on the executive floor. We had non smoking executive rooms, but they were still VERY smoky smelling. Very close to the airport and a 7-11…so if you are a smoker looking for a room for 1 night, this might be for you.

Good simple hotel at Itami airport

Simple and functional hotel, good due to proximity to airport. Some eating options on a 10-15 min range. It is a bit dated but good . Kettle hair drier available along with a tooth brush . Shower power was good , wifi was a bit tricky, there is a LAN cable but only for the ones using a laptop with LANnport, A public bath on ground floor along with a restaurant.
