"Very nice. Helpful staff. Very nice restaurant that you must pay for (not included). Great location just steps away from the train (located across the street), though you cannot hear it. The north side exits out onto a cute little walking street with lots of small vendors/eateries."

Fabulous property and great oasis as the first hotel we stayed at and I wish we had stayed longer as Osaka has so much to offer and hotel so good. A little thing on amenities , the shower cloth was amazing. Free coffee and sesame snacks and candy in reception was a nice touch. Great location to get around.

A very nice, modern, clean and friendly place to stay in Osaka. Staff are very helpful and in a good location to catch trains and buses. I will most certainly be staying here again!

Looks like a new hotel and is very modern and elegant. The location is great and would highly recommend this hotel if looking to explore the Dotonburi. The hotel is comfortable and clean and the staff are excellent and attentive.

The Hotel Wing was very nice and very clean. It had a very unique feel to it with some funky decor, but it was better than the normal standard fare.
The breakfast was nice and the staff were very courteous.
The local area was good for food and only a ten minute walk from Osaka station, with lots of Japanese amenities nearby, especially pachinko and karaoke places.

Location there are so many lines through Namba and other near stations. Kumoron market and great shopping are on your doorstep. The hotel has a great laundry and kitchen area with microwaves there and in room. Water bottles are not provided but you can fill water & ice. Staff were really helpful as due to health problems our plans changed daily. They facilitated and helped all the way.
I only ate in the cafe once and they were gluten free conscious and the salmon was fab. Good service safe...

The rooms were quite small for a twin room but still good. many room amenities were supplied, and near the concierge, they had single-use skincare and grooming sets for guests to take. the hotel was very clean and had two working lifts. each floor has a vending machine and microwave. the area is nice but, maybe for just us, a bit loud at night. The connections are great, you can take the midosuji (red) line at nishinakajima-minamigata station, and you have a direct connection to Osaka station...

Rooms were spacious and super clean. We didn’t eat in the hotel as lots of options in the shopping centre outside. We had an issue with the safe on the last day and they were there to fix it within minutes. Perfect place to stay.

Decently sized room, bathroom was very tiny and we kept tripping over the step down. Beds were comfortable, the staff were happy to provide additional pillows and blankets. Cleaning was very exact, if rubbish wasn't in the bin they didn't take it (so no tax receipts could be accidentally taken!). Staff were all very friendly and helpful and worked around my terrible Japanese. Safe in the room was awkward and often got stuck and wouldn't open when entering our code, but the staff were happy to...

Hotels location is perfect - loads of options to dine in Kito area of Osaka. It can get little noisy as its on main street but as expected in the major busy city. Hotel room was little dated compared to other hotels we stayed in Japan in Tokyo and Kyoto but for short stay if you exploring Osaka and want to be central its good option. Main thing for me hotel was clean and convenient. Rooms and bathrooms are very small by European and north American standards which is normal for Japan - you...
