"Hotel staff couldn’t do enough to ensure we had a lovely stay"

"Enjoyed the stay, room 401, (wheelchair accessible) we found having to move the kettle to the other side of the room to get an electricity supply quite irritating when there must be a supply nearer to power the fridge. Also the lighting is inadequate particularly to see into the deep drawers near the door. The wet room has the best non slip floor we have ever found."

The hotel is beautiful, the views are gorgeous, the staff is super friendly, the food is delicious, and not to mention that the waiter (Pedro) is so professional and exceptional. "Service in the Brasserie was slow due to a large party. I waited 20 minutes for my soup but after that there were no problems. My room was lovely and reception staff gave me the room with disabled access which was very helpful."
