"Very nice hotel, rooms layouts are great with all necessities and in excellent condition, very clean and cozy. Location is convenient for shopping and get to other areas. We are very happy with our stay in this hotel."

"The property is lovely. Signage to the guest rooms on the first floor is greatly lacking and confusing. My room definitely needed a deep clean. Lots of dust on lamps, pictures, etc. The safe didn’t work. All relatively minor, but for the cost of the stay, it really should be pristine. Room service brought me fruit that was past its prime and even had mold on one of the strawberries. "

"Location was good for us. Check in/out was fast. Linen wasn't the cleanest. Breakfast area was big compared to other hotels but food was not great. They are going thru a much needed renovation, will stay again afterwards to see if it improves."

My recommendations are: * make sure the blanket is clean; it was not terrible but had hair which I wasn’t sure if it was from human or from dog. * the chair in the work space was very unstable and therefore uncomfortable. * the carpet by the bathroom is torn and looks ugly."
