Ivy at the front desk was very accommodating and helped me get an early check-in and late check-out which was SO helpful. The hotel was beautiful and well-maintained. I would highly recommend to friends and family and would absolutely stay again during my next trip to Austin."

"This is a gorgeous historic hotel, and on the whole we enjoyed our stay, but it is above an all-night speakeasy. 3 out of our 4 nights we had loud base drum sounds well into the morning. This was fine for the adults in our party who could sleep in ear plugs, but my daughter was kept up until 1-2am those 3 nights. If you’re a party of adults- 5 stars. If you have any children or sensitive sleepers- skip."
