They placed me on the 9th floor and didn't offer to take my luggage to my room. Needless to say I used the elevator, i just made sure that we were alone."

"Conveniently located near the Alamo and Riverwalk. Recommend dropping luggage with staff at check in otherwise you will need to obtain a luggage cart and walk from parking garage to room. Key card gets disconnected about 10-15 before 11am check out. Breakfast was good. "
