"The room was very old, dusty and smelt like mildew. I told the staff and he told me thanks for letting him know. The room was $500 for two nights - only to have to pay $45 more a night for valet and looking at an old room that needs painting remodeling and the mildew smell removed. "

"The lobby was beautiful. Flooring was difficult to move luggage. Rooms were very dated in the 80's fashion. Linens were wonderful. Koi ponds were a big hit with the families."

"The manager and front desk staff were all very nice and helpful. The room itself and the free breakfast were both great as well! The bartender, however, was inappropriate and unprofessional to a coworker (not working in the bar) as well as to other guests waiting to order. Instead of attending to the customers (there was no one in the bar area with a drink in hand on 3 different occasions), he continued his obnoxious behavior for quite a while so my husband & I sat there in disbelief patiently waiting but ended up leaving. We grabbed a drink elsewhere, which was very disappointing because the main reason that we picked this property was because we enjoy having a drink in the evening, so we were looking forward to the bar amenities. This might seem frivolous, but we had even called the property before booking our room to confirm the bar would be open and their service hours. "
