"The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was mediocre, but had the basics and was nice to have. The pool was pretty cold and there were never towels available. One thing that I was not pleased about was the fact we had to pay for parking each night. I am not sure if this is a common thing in Dallas, but at most hotels, parking is included. The battery to our door needed replaced and the maintenance guy was very prompt and friendly. Despite these small issues, would stay here again. "

"I picked my room online and arrived to the property 4 hrs after check in time and the room was not prepared. I was then given a room that had a connected where the door wouldn't fully shut; the staff was accommodating once I went downstairs but the inconvenience was not pleasant. As a Honors member, I expect to have the room I pick especially when I arrive 4 hrs after check in time so 7pm to my reservation "

"The rooms were clean but very simple. There was no closet and no drawers for clothes. Parking was free and the property was easy to get to. "
