"Very clean room and hotel overall. I loved having a bathtub!!! The only thing that bothered us was that the exterior doors were not on a key to open system. Didn’t like knowing anyone could enter the hotel at anytime. Great location in a quiet neighborhood, there is a walking trail very close to the hotel. We will definitely stay again."

"Breakfast spread and variety can be improved. Staff not willing to deliver toiletries to room, insisted we had to pick up from reception. Insects got into room which frightened my wife and I had to spend time catching insects and pacifying. "

"This was like staying in a motel6 or worse. The bed was AWFU. It was laying on a board. I tried to ask for an extra and the staff said there would be an extra fee for the extra pillows. I will not be staying here again and I would NOT recommend it to anyone. Definitely NOT worth the money you may think you are saving."

"The hotel was clean and nice overall. However, I nearly ran into the front glass automatic door several times because it didn't open until you were basically touching the glass and stood there for a couple of seconds. Sensor has problems. Second, I found a pair of underwear from a previous guest in the bathroom drawer on our first night. Third, on our second day at 10am, we were in the room painting our daughters' nails and with facial masks on, when a staff member just walked into our room. No knocking, just walked in. She started speaking in Spanish to us, and we had no idea what she was saying. Instead of leaving when she saw we were still in the room, she stood there for a few minutes continuing to speak Spanish even though I communicated we didn't understand her and also that checkout was not until 12. Since she wasn't leaving I called down to the front desk, at which point the lady finally started making her way out the door. I confirmed with the front desk staff that checkout was at 12. The girl was dismissive rather than apologetic saying "you're fine, she probably just wanted to see if you checked out." Absolutely inexcusable all around to walk into a guest room, refuse to leave while speaking a foreign language. Terrible staff that needs more training on customer service as well as English."
