"AC did not work. I went to a few places and when I got back is what I realized it wasn’t working and they refused to change rooms because I had already been there checked in for three hours, although I was gone, he came in fiddled with it and could not fix it I ended up leaving at 3 o’clock in the morning because of how hot it was. The AC didn’t work in the previous room either but the lady who was working was nice and changed the rooms. They clearly need to do some upgrades with their AC. It’s a bit ridiculous to have to be hot in a room you pay for."

"My wife fell in front of the reception because someone had dropped chocolate - staff didn’t clean up what’ was in front of them till someone got hurt, minimal empathy to help , follow up . "

"Admittedly, my expectations were not too high when I reserved my room after reading the reviews before booking. The reviews were generally mid range. Upon arrival, I found that the lobby was clean and orderly. The hotel clerk was very friendly and helpful. The check-in process was seamless and fast. The overall appearance of the hotel inside and out was somewhat worn, but well-maintained. My room was in the same condition but clean. I was impressed to see that there were enough towels and amenities, including a coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator. Everything worked as expected. The Internet was fast and reliable. The bed was comfortable. However, the mattress was softer than what I like. The water pressure was very good. Particularly the shower. Had good water pressure. The heating system and air conditioner worked well. The hotel was quiet. It is conveniently located near grocery stores and shopping all of which are within walking distance. Conveniently located near the main highways."

"Great hotel in Allen, Tx . Justin minutes from Allen Outlet mall. The hotel Tru by Hilton. Nice gym on location. Great Paking and very good breakfast buffet. We will be back on our next stay !"

"All was nice the only thing was that online it said business facilities but when we arrived that was taken up by a sundry shop. However, the front desk clerk was nice enough to print my documents for our meeting."
