The air conditioner is loud and rattles. The bed mattress is too hard to sleep. I couldn't get enough sleep. The water at breakfast place has cucumber flavor which I don't want.

Not sure if this was the properties issue, but y’all secured me a king room and I got a double they also charged you for everything like parking when there’s like 1 billion parking places in the area and you can literally park right across the walkway and not get towed or have to charge 15 bucks. They also charge me for early check-in, which was not Early when I checked in, but I’m really getting tired of using Expedia because the last couple of times I’ve used it. There’s been some issues with the reservation.

Upon entering the hotel is nice. The bed in our room was uncomfortable and the pillows were awful. Our shower had a constant DRIP it was wet on the shower floor and glass door and because it was so wet there was a gross orange film on the glass door.

April in sales and Joey at check in were both incredibly welcoming and satisfied our 4 night stay. Really hope we return next year! 10 stars! We’ve stayed in alot of hotels and this is ranked number one, no question!
