Lots to do for a short 3 day stay. Recommend the hop-on, hop-off bus to get oriented and see where one might want to return later. We were able to walk to the Dallas Art Museum and to Dealy Plaza easily. Lots of bars, restaurants in close proximity

Dallas is a vibrant, amazing city. It has a homeless problem like many cities. So many great local restaurants to choose from. Tons of entertainment options. Traffic around downtown is bad. Great architecture and beautiful homes everywhere.

A great nightlife in nearby Deep Ellum. Was here to catch a comedy act at the Dallas Comedy Club. Seems to have a large Japanese community and had good time at the Mitsuya grocery store and food court. Big Half Price Books was cool.

Dallas is big, has confusing freeways that are often quite crowded and chaotic. On the other hand, it has many things to do and see, including shopping, dining and music venues.

"Very basic room, but clean and fine. We appreciated the last minute availability and the airport shuttle late at night and again early the next morning with a reasonable price. "
