Airport Hotels, Love Field (DAL)

"Our room was great very clean, the bed was comfortable, and quiet, we only stayed one night. We booked this hotel for the ease of leaving our car there for vacation and having the shuttle to transport us to and from the airport. On the day we went to the airport the got us a uber, although on our return our flight was delayed due to bad weather so we called the hotel to inform them it would be late when we arrived and the lady on the phone said if it was after 11pm we would have to get a uber and they would refund us our money because their shuttle stopped at 11. So when we arrived at the airport it was 1115 we got a Uber to the hotel and my husband went in to talk to the receptionist about our refund the guy told him he wasn’t authorized to give us our money back and we would need to talk to someone else about that. We will not be staying at this hotel again because it would have been cheaper to park at the parking spot and we would have been guaranteed and ride back to our car without having to find one ourselves. "

"Very quiet place only problem I would say when walking to my room the hallway smelled completely like smoke cigarettes I believe but other than that no complaints on my end as far as the room goes."

"Clean hotel and great staff, except they never answered the phone the 8 times called, and the ac heating didn't work in the freezing room. Also the water was freezing and never heated up. They will be on the phone immediately to charge you for a late departure though"

"The lady in the front desk - on Sunday night shift - didn’t get her name - she’s AMAZING. She makes your stay so enjoyable! Also the staff on the breakfast area Monday the 27 of April are super nice and super friendly. We were late for breakfast and they still prepared omelets for us ! We are so grateful!"
