"BED BUGS!!!! We came home with bed bugs and a rash. Two cars were broken into in the parking lot while we were there one night. "

"Roaches came out at night when I turned the light on .. I couldn’t wait to leave.the bed was not comfortable at all it had a dip in it. The carpets around the hotel were nasty . You can tell not being cleaned properly. The smell of the hotel smelled old.. cracks in wall areas an walk ways. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel "

"I got the property was great. He was easy because it was close to SMU as I was visiting my daughter there I was just highly disappointed. They would not honor my Hilton honor points. There’s no reason they couldn’t have out of them on."

"Really comfy room. No mini fridge or climate control in room though. Historic hotel. Did have ceiling fan and windows that opened. Have stayed here twice. Close to everything. Everything was great but fridge would be nice."

"Property and hotel are fine however it's the second time I stayed here recently that the elevator wasn't working and there was very little hot water if any at all. Also found three bugs in the room. I was on the ground level so they really could have just wandered in from outside and not because of the hotel being poorly kept. Place's always very clean and staff is always friendly. I had come down to ask about the hot water but there was a person at the desk that needed a pretty extensive amount of help, it was taking a really long time so I just decided to deal with it and went back to my room."
