"First impression coming into lobby, was nice, but after walking to elevator the rugs in the hallways are dirty, & dining area, this gave us a not sure feeling what the room would look like. The room was clean & looked like new rugs. We found we like hotels with no rugs, they always look dirty. Make the hotels look not kept up. Change to wood floors. The outside around the hotel needs cleaning, this also doesn't give a good perception of what the inside looks like."

"The fragrance in the lobby is overpowering and it smells like it’s covering the smell of urine. Everything else is great but every time I stay there, my whole family says that it smells like a fragrance covering urine. It’s just way way way too strong."
