"Right off front desk staff was not friendly or welcoming to guests. The inside of the motel was organized but no soaps or toiletries. During the nights dogs barked all hours l. The front entry door kept cracked opened with a rock. All in all ok for the price but need to work on safety issue, greets guests appropriately and make sure to have needed toiletries stocked in the room for guests to use. "

"Water pressure was very low. Cleaning service is every other day but you must request it before 11 am with the front desk. Breakfast selection is like a college grab & go with no hot options. The juice was watered down and the fruit was not always fresh. Parking was safe and well lit at night."

"Front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. I arrived 2 hours before check in, but the gave me my room w/o any issue. I appreciated that. The front desk area and lobby are very nice. When you go into the cafe, there are lots of faux leather chairs that are peeling, which gives me the ick. It was clean and the breakfast included was excellent. They had a waffle bar, bagels, muffins, toast, egg & cheese omelets, bacon, sausage, cereal, fresh fruit cut and whole, 4 types of juice, coffee, milk, and hot chocolate. You will find something to suit you. The room itself was a very good size and included a wet bar w/ small fridge, microwave, and sink. The couch/pull out bed area was sad. There were stains on the fabric and the faux leather was peeling. Ick factor again. There was a large desk w/ rolling chair and 42”tv. It was highly useful. The king bed was comfortable. The bathroom had an ick factor. The wallpaper was peeling, the doorway mounding was not flush with the wall, there were paint drops on the laminate floor, the toilet didn’t flush at certain times of the day, and the shower ceiling had black smudges and crud. The entire room had a musty smell. It was like wet dog and ashtray combined. It was so bad I went to target, purchased all purpose cleaner and Mrs. Meyers lavender air freshener. I then spent about an hour cleaning the bathroom, room, and deodorizing all soft surfaces. "

"The room was 80 degrees when we walked in after checkout. It did not cool below 75 until 9pm. The bathtub did not drain during showers. When calling down to notify your staff, your worker had severe negative tone and seemed very distracted rather than handling the problem. We were startled awake by a fire alarm. When exiting the room we were notified by other patrons that it was a false alarm. ONLY AFTER CALLING DOWN were we notified that no evacuation was needed. Neighboring rooms also stated similar displeasure with the property. Water leaks, and lack of cooling being repeated displeasures. The overall experience at your hotel was horrible. I will recommend to as many people as possible to not visit your establishment"
