The staff did an amazing job keeping their spirits up, despite the chaos. We got a discount, so it was ok, but the hotel lacks maintenance and it’s a race track outside of it.

The property was continently located downtown near many attractions which were walkable. The property itself was showing a need for cleaning, maintenance, and updating. The stay was an adequate value but the expectation of quality should be restrained.
The door frame had layers of paint that were peeling each time the door was used.
The room was spacious and the bedding was comfortable.
A tablet was provided but the plastic laminate was torn.

Restroom was mid, not nice enough to be in the Crown Plaza. Should try and do some upgrades in there. Room was spacious, the balcony was nice, door would not lock after 8 slams it finally did. The staff were nice & helpful.

was a good stay! only things where inconvenient , was that when we booked the hotel online we still needed a $75 security deposit on top of the room charge after we had already got there. and when you park , you don’t pay until after you leave , nor does the staff inform you of paid parking. otherwise a good view and stay

Nice and clean hotel. I enjoyed the bar and restaurant they had down by the lobby. The location of the hotel is a little sketchy but nothing too alarming. I love that the building is downtown. All the restaurants and bars were within walking distance.
