"This is the hotel we stayed 90% of our time travelled to Dallas. They provided great hotel rooms for just the way we needed. Big windows, clean room, great location, great pricing. But our most recent visit had a flaw which is they didn’t change the bed sheet when we arrived. And did not change it either after the first night and we told them to. We were mad. But when we checked out, the manager sincerely apologized to us and generously gave us a big discount. So we kind of make it even. Hope they can improve their management on the housekeeping crew. "

"The staff was wonderful and the room was spotless. What stood out to me was the extras at breakfast. It's the little touches that sets them apart. They offered tortillas,sourcream and salsa and a few items to add to the waffles. It was also very clean and well attended. "

"The Hotel Indigo is our "go-to" hotel when we visit family in Frisco Texas. It is conveniently located near the Ford Center, restaurants, and shopping just off the Dallas North Tollway. The hotel is well-maintained, parking is simple, and the area is safe. We WILL be back!"
