"The staff went far beyond what I expected for my 80th birthday. They had a card signed by the staff, a chocolate cake and a bottle of champagne. I ate at a restaurant which caused me to have an allergic reaction and they went out of their way until I got the medication I needed. A superb staff and a wonderful hospitality creative group."

So I requested it and the only towels and they said that since I have only been there for three nights at that point, it was only a light housekeeping service.. to me this is unacceptable…. I also have changed from my original because the bed was not in good conditions"
