People at the front desk were awesome, specially Ksenia. She helped us to find good restaurants and attractions in Austin, gave us useful information about the city, and described various options how to make our stay better. I asked a cleaning women in the hall if she had any lotion, and she immediately found some, which I appreciated. I did not see what her name was. Check in and valet were very friendly.

It was very convenient to restaurants, shopping and the highway for travel. The staff were extraordinary. They went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a pleasant stay. The room was very nice and clean. I don't recall them offering breakfast but did dine in there bar one evening and the food was delicious.
